Meet Dr. Zahraa Khan (Stow, OH)

Zahraa Khan, O.D., earned her Doctor of Optometry from Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry in 2019. She went on to complete a residency in ocular disease at the Cincinnati VA and is proud to be a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Khan’s journey into optometry began when she worked as an optometric technician. One experience that stands out was helping a three-year-old patient try on glasses for the first time. The child’s tears of joy upon seeing clearly left a lasting impression and inspired her to pursue a career where she could make a similar impact.

Today, Dr. Khan loves helping her patients see the world more clearly, whether through new glasses or contact lenses or by taking care of their eye health. She finds joy in making a difference in their lives and helping them maintain their vision for years to come
